Are you serious?!!! Or are you just having some fun? Please tell me you are just having some fun.

Seriously, I hope you were not sent these 'awards'. And if you were sent them, they say far more about the senders than they do your blog.

This is pretty funny, Ellis. :) Wiping eyes after laughing so hard I fell out of my chair.

I know you're being funny about these awards. If you created these, they are rather clever.

I'm not the biggest fan of blogging awards. I don't know that I would NOT want to receive any of these awards.

That being said, I believe the best award a blogger gets is when people enjoy visiting a person's site and coming back regularly.

Whether it's one, twenty or 200 (now that would exhausting), it means the words you share are interesting to someone, like me:~)

I love reading your poetry, even when you visit the "dark" side of life. You have such a gift for creativity in your poetry and you're always willing to try something different, like these awards.

I am pleased that all threats were deleted!

LMFAO I ALMOST PASSED OUT!!! LMFAO I'm so gonnna give these awards to others just to screw with them lmfao!

Ellis, while I definitely don't think you deserve these awards, I do know a few people who do...mind if I borrow them all?

ps. BTW, you owe me a new computer screen. (and half a bottle of diet coke).

A wonderful midnight laugh. (Thank you!) You are too, too funny and quite clever, Ellis. One appreciates your self-deprivating humor ... as long as you don't take it too seriously yourself.

You're quite right. It does get a bit silly at times. But it is the way folks try to acknowledge and show appreciation and is valued for that. The real honor is in the reading and the remembering.

Happy Friday, Ellis. Blog on ...

I just had to come back so I could laugh again.

ps. It was while I was reading your blog. Which is why I'm holding you responsible.

I saw your comments on Musing this a.m., and though you might have published Moore ...
:-) But got another laugh checking out your "Awards" post. Worth the trip ...

Have a fine weekend!

Now I'm thinking my sense of hummer might have over step it funnies. I was in a blog that had an award like this and could not stop LOL so I took this off their idea and added my own twist.

I always have fun poking fun at me.

I’m glad you saw the funny side.
Yes your right tho they have their place showing acknowledge and appreciation.
Like an aspirin, when used right they do a world of good, if not can do great harm.

Sorry Tony all death threats to myself were delete because this is a family blog. they went something like this.

1. Pulling out my nose hairs one at a time.
2. Finger nail polishing my fingers and toes with ruby red and throwing me out on a street corner in NYC.
3. Making me eat liver and onions for a week.
4. Cutting off my internet. (Now that's was a heartless person).

I can't go on it is just too painful.

My lawer said the check is in the mail and for me to hold my breath until it gets there. And something about my will is made out to someone and you need to find out who.
