Who write these words
upon which I read
A universe of thought
provoked by lovers entwined
Tho I see not bodies but
souls from these two
Yet does flesh of passion
lie within body or soul
Or still yet just thought
When brought into the light
does it not turn maddening
As the clicking of wheels
across rails over and over
Until they see the darkness
each hidden from the other
And both look forward for
their next perfect lover
their next perfect lover

Thank you
Oh, I loved this one, but especially these lines:
" When brought into the light
does it not turn maddening
As the clicking of wheels
across rails over and over"
The image is these words is wonderful. I could see a train and hear the constant (and sometimes annoying) "clicking" of the wheels.
Must there always be a lurking, hidden darkness?
Trust n acceptance are so conditional.

Thank you for your reply
Without goodness
could there be evil?
Without darkness
could there be light?
Some of us have more demons
then angles hovering around us.
Others see both sides
of the playing card.
I like to look at the back
and guess what it is.
